Processing method of stainless steel screen
Stainless steel screens refer to screen partitions welded by stainless steel pipes.
Stainless steel screen processing is divided into: stainless steel laser hollow screen and stainless steel welding and polishing screen.
1.Stainless steel laser hollow screen process:
After surface treatment, vacuum plating rose gold, and then laser hollowing out the screen.
2. Stainless steel welding and polishing screen process:
After surface treatment, it is processed into a tube or plate. Then welding and polishing, vacuum plating.
1. The thickness of the stainless steel screen is generally 1.0, and the thickness of the frame is generally 1.2-1.5mm.
2. Surface treatment of stainless steel screen: The surface treatment of plate is also divided into two types: mirror and lasa. Mirror stainless steel is generally not recommended for home decoration, and the effect of lasa is better.
3. Screen style: There are currently two styles of stainless steel screens, one is the form of pipe or bar processing, and the other is the form of laser sheet processing. It is recommended to use the latter, the former sometimes requires welding corners. .
