The process flow is:
Stainless steel plate→degreasing→washing→drying→screen printing→drying→water immersion→etched pattern leaf (sheet) washing→ink removal→water washing→polishing→water washing→coloring→washing leaf (sheet) hardening treatment→sealing treatment→ Clean the leaves (sheets) and dry → test → product.
